Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to support customers across auto, home, and other policies in a fully remote role. You will handle inbound calls, identify coverage gaps or eligible discounts, and guide customers through the app while collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You don’t need to decide sales vs service upfront; the interview process will help place you.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers and anticipate needs beyond their explicit questions.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, and other policies.
• Learn the product inside out to match customers with the right coverage.
• Resolve blockers and improve the customer experience by removing friction.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and documents.
• Provide feedback to help make the product better and faster.
