Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Navigate multiple insurance panels to match the right fit for each customer.
• Resolve issues by solving problems and removing barriers to the right coverage.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Provide proactive assistance beyond direct questions and relay user needs to improve the product.
