Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to support auto, home, and other policy shoppers. You will handle inquiries, navigate multiple insurers, and guide customers through policy changes while delivering warm, fast service.

You’ll balance sales and service on a single team, with opportunities to learn the product, earn uncapped commissions, and grow your career remotely. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need something changed.
• Navigate a large panel of insurance companies to match the right coverage to customers.
• Resolve issues and remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
