Applied Systems is seeking a Services Advisor to work remotely across the US (Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta) guiding complex software implementations from discovery through scoped SOWs. You will partner with sales and delivery teams to identify service opportunities and craft end‑to‑end engagement plans with clear milestones and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in professional services and insurance, strong detail orientation, and experience with APIs, data warehousing, and integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• 5+ years in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of agency workflows.
• Strong attention to detail to estimate effort and develop timelines and budgets.
• Ability to translate complex projects into clear, phased implementation plans.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Experience with APIs, database technology, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategy.
• Technical writing skills.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to challenge unrealistic client expectations and guide stakeholders.
• Prioritization skills to ensure timely deliverables.
• Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus.
• Experience in consultative selling is also an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales and Services Delivery to identify client services opportunities.
• Conduct discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to define requirements.
• Design end-to-end professional services scopes and write SOWs with deliverables and timelines.
• Identify pre-sales blind spots to optimize resource allocation.
• Present project methodology and costs to executive stakeholders for buy-in.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solutions teams for seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Services for custom solutions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services with existing customers.
• Support data migrations in M&A programs.
