Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Services Advisor to work remotely across the US. You will partner with Sales and Delivery to identify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, and craft end-to-end professional services scopes and SOWs.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and a knack for defining phased implementation plans. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivered work aligns with pre-sold visions and client needs, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Professional Services or Consulting, managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• 5+ years experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of agency workflows.
• Ability to translate complex projects into clear, phased implementation plans.
• Experience with APIs, database technology, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Services Delivery to identify and pursue client-specific opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Design end-to-end project scopes and develop comprehensive SOWs defining scope, deliverables, timelines and effort.
• Present project methodology, scope, phases, timelines and cost to executives to secure buy-in.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services for seamless handoffs.
