Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Services Advisor to diagnose client needs and architect comprehensive project scopes for insurance software engagements. You will define end-to-end professional services, develop Statements of Work, and coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting (software implementations).
• 5+ years in the insurance industry with agency workflows.
• Strong detail orientation to estimate effort and timelines.
• Ability to translate complex projects into phased implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Services Delivery to identify opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end SOWs with scope, timelines and effort.
• Identify pre-sales blind spots to manage resources.
• Present project methodology, scope, phases and costs to executives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services for seamless handoff.
• Collaborate on custom solutions with Services early when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify additional services.
• Participate in M&A programs to assess services for data migrations.
