Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Services Advisor to partner with customers and internal teams to diagnose business needs and architect comprehensive project scopes. You will design end-to-end SOWs and ensure delivery aligns with pre-sold vision in a remote US setting that includes Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services to optimize resources, present methodology to executives, and guide engagements from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically in managing or scoping complex software implementations.
• 5+ years experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of insurance agency workflows.
• Strong attention to detail to estimate effort, timelines and budgets.
• Ability to translate complex projects into clear phased implementation plans.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and leveraging tech to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue client-specific services opportunities with Sales and Services Delivery.
• Conduct deep-dive discovery with agency stakeholders to define engagements.
• Design end-to-end SOWs with project boundaries, deliverables, timelines and effort.
• Identify pre-sales gaps to optimize resource allocation and reduce scope creep.
• Present project methodology, scope, timelines and cost to executives for buy-in.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services for smooth handoff.
