Xceedance is seeking a Solution Architect (Applications) to lead foundational solution architecture for digital transformation in the insurance space. This role is remote in the United States (prefer EST/CST) and requires US work authorization.

You will guide client advisory, onshore leadership, and large program delivery, owning architecture across multi-vendor ecosystems with SAFe/DevSecOps practices, focusing on security, performance, and observability.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership.
• 5+ years in leadership roles (Delivery / Practice / Portfolio / Architecture).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within insurance domain (P&C/Reinsurance).
• Experience in large multi-year and multi-release programs with distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation initiatives with domain and technical expertise.
• Align solutions with transformation roadmap and strategic goals.
• Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.
• Drive architecture patterns, NFRs, code quality, observability and performance engineering.
• Lead client advisory, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Design, develop, and deploy customer-focused solutions including RFP responses and architecture roadmaps.
