Job summary

Exavalu is seeking an experienced Insurance Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and large-scale transformation programs for insurance clients. The candidate will combine deep insurance domain expertise with strong enterprise architecture, cloud, digital transformation, and client advisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Insurance, or related field.
• 15+ years of insurance technology/business transformation experience.
• 8+ years of Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Reinsurance.
• Experience with cloud-native and digital transformation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex insurance transformation programs.
• Define target-state architecture, integration strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
• Advise clients on insurance modernization, platform selection, digital transformation, and technology strategy.
• Lead discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Support RFPs, proposals, pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimates, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, architecture, and insurance domain teams.
• Drive modern architecture practices including AWS, Azure, GCP, APIs, microservices, data, digital platforms, and AI/GenAI.
• Provide architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
