Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

The candidate can work fully remote within the continental United States. You will learn through structured training and work alongside experienced sales professionals to develop consultative sales skills and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships and interacting with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsabilités

• Learn the Employer Health Solutions business from experienced sales professionals and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations and eligibility to brokers.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain sales process exposure.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
