Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a growing team. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, with a path to advancement into a full Sales Representative position.

Fully remote work within the continental United States is available. The position focuses on learning the Employer Health Solutions business, building consultative sales skills, and supporting prospect outreach,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales with prospecting, outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, and clients to gain sales process exposure.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a training program towards a full Sales Representative role.
