Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business from experienced sales reps.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting requirements.
• Support outreach, scheduling, and account management tasks.
• Meet with brokers and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of medical stop loss and Level Funded Health Plans.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics.
• Attend industry events to broaden knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain records and assist with CRM and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and partners to pursue new business.
• Progress through a structured training program for advancement.
