Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers about underwriting requirements.
• Support the sales team with outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and prospective clients.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and healthcare products.
