Great American Insurance Group is hiring an Entry‑Level Sales Representative for its Employer Health Solutions division. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting, broker relationships, and carrier partnerships while you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

The role can be fully remote within the continental United States. The position includes a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.
