Responsibilities

• Learn the Employer Health Solutions business alongside experienced reps.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers about underwriting requirements.
• Support the sales team with outreach, coordination, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
