Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a developmental program focused on insurance sales. You will work remotely within the continental United States and gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned professionals.

You will observe underwriting concepts, interact with brokers, and learn to build client relationships while contributing to RFP reviews, outreach, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions sales through mentorship and hands‑on training.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales team with outreach, scheduling, follow‑ups, and account management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to observe and participate in the sales process.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and practice.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics in health insurance products.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to pursue new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured program to prepare for a full Sales Representative role.
