Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions in the United States is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This development role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting, broker relationships, and the sales process.

The position can be fully remote within the continental United States. You'll learn to review RFPs, engage brokers, and support the sales cycle while progressing through a structured training program leading to a full Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions sales through mentorship and hands-on training.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
