Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking friendly, team-oriented people for the Customer Operations team. You may join either the sales or service path, and we’ll determine the best fit during interviews.

You’ll handle inbound calls, assist customers with auto and home policies, and ensure smooth changes and renewals while delivering a helpful, proactive service experience. Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying gaps or discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product to guide customers to the best fit.
• Problem solving to remove barriers to coverage.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, or documents.
• Contributing feedback to improve the product.
