Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations role that balances sales and service responsibilities in a remote-first environment. You will take care of customers across auto, home, and other insurance products, answering inbound calls and helping customers navigate the app and policies.

The role offers two paths—the sales track with commissions and the service track with a base hourly wage. Starting salary is hourly, with compensation details including benefits like medical, dental, and 401K,

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Strong work ethic
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers. Catches issues customers didn’t know to ask about (e.g., coverage gaps, discounts, renewals)
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes
• Getting deep on the product with a large panel of insurance companies and navigating the app as it evolves
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
• Suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback
