Jerry.ai is hiring for a Customer Operations role. You will handle inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes. You will help customers navigate the evolving app and select the right coverage from our large panel of insurers.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. The role offers flexible scheduling, a fully remote setup with equipment provided, and potential equity opportunities as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need something changed
• Help customers navigate the app and choose the right coverage with the panel of carriers
• Resolve customer issues and remove barriers to obtain the right coverage
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering proactive solutions
• Contribute to a short feedback loop by suggesting product improvements based on customer input
