Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Sales Executive to act as a brand ambassador between the company and partnerships and agency force. Responsibilities include growing a defined territory, building agency relationships, and identifying opportunities while gathering market trends.

This role emphasizes in-field activity and training agents on underwriting guidelines and tools. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or 3+ years of sales experience, insurance knowledge, and strong communication and data-interpretation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years Insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Working knowledge of underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
• Strong driving record and public speaking skills.
• Motivated self-starter with time-management skills.
• Proficient in interpreting data via spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to grow the territory to meet premium and plans.
• Collect market intelligence and share trends with leadership.
• Engage in face-to-face visits with agencies and partners; plan travels.
• Train agents on underwriting guidelines, programs, and tools.
• Maintain up-to-date records of activity and agency changes.
• Participate in insurance association events and other functions.
