WAHVE seeks an experienced Operations Business Analyst to work from home, leveraging extensive insurance expertise to support carrier and MGA client projects. You will liaise across underwriting, accounting, compliance, IT and other departments, translating requirements into implementable specs and managing multi-state policy life cycles from rating to issuance.

The role emphasizes developing operational KPIs, service standards, and efficient data submissions to rating bureaus and state

Qualifications

• Significant insurance experience and ability to translate customer requirements into functional specs.
• Experience liaising with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other ops areas.
• Proficiency in managing multi-state, multi-line policy life cycles including rating, quoting and issuing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other ops teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical staff.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating and issuance.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and adapt workflows by line of business, company, state and rules.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments.
