Job summary

WAHVE is seeking Operations Business Analyst assignments to support insurance carriers and MGAs from a work-from-home setup. Responsibilities include interfacing with underwriting, accounting, compliance, and IT to translate requirements into actionable specs, and managing multi-state accounts through policy lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
• High demand for current knowledge of Cyber, Technology Errors and Omissions, and/or Privacy/Security Liability.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other operations.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies.
• Develop and understand operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows based on line of business, state, rules and regs.
• Analyze ISO/AAIS/NCCI bureaus or company rate/rule forms as needed.
