TTEC is seeking a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to work remotely in the USA. The role pays $21.00 per hour as a full-time position, with a performance-based bonus. You will help customers understand coverage and select health plans.

The role requires an active health insurance license, reliable high-speed internet, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service. You will handle inbound or outbound calls, assist with sales and renewals, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence.
• High speed internet (>25 Mbps download, >10 Mbps upload).
• HIPAA privacy compliant handling of patient information.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer navigation skills for 100% remote work.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding coverages and selecting health products and solutions.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, inbound or outbound.
• Respond to inquiries with compassion and active listening and select best solution.
• Identify additional needs and help upsell products or services.
• Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan with expected conversions.
