Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty Agent License (2-20 FL) is required.
• Ability to maintain licensure in required states based on business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with database systems, internet apps, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests across multiple channels while meeting service levels.
• Provide policy and coverage information, including account status and history.
• Assist agents and policyholders with policy issuance, continuation, and updates.
• Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers on appropriate products and services and build trust-based relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of needs.
• Perform administrative and basic clerical tasks as required.
• Adhere to guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
