Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and chats for personal lines policies. You will process endorsements, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate policy information while delivering a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include routing tasks, updating policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; experience with homeowners lines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years agency experience in personal lines including homeowners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and chats from clients and/or agents professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, payments, and endorsements.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other related transactions.
