Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Instructional Designer to design and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder employees.

The role collaborates with SMEs and business owners to craft objectives and implement evaluation strategies, aiming to deliver effective learning programs on time. This position requires deep knowledge of adult learning principles, experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline, and strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 8+ years experience in designing/e-learning solutions.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing/developing learning solutions incl. e-learning.
• Articulate 360 Suite experience required.
• Advanced Storyline knowledge required.
• Client collaboration to develop training strategies.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Designs and maintains dynamic training solutions across eLearning and instructor-led formats.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Develops learning project proposals and strategies to meet timelines and scope.
• Ensures instructional design aligns with outcomes and best practices in adult learning.
• Keeps up with emerging learning trends and technologies.
