Ryder System, Inc. in Michigan is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance-support training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, business owners and teams to create effective objectives, content, and delivery strategies. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools is required, with proficiency in Storyline and other Articulate tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong instructional design experience.
• Minimum 5 years designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support training.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline required.
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and clients.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Responsabilidades
