Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions that enhance employee productivity.

You will consult with subject matter experts, business owners, and learning partners to create objectives and implement effective learning strategies, while staying current with adult learning best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning and ILT materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.
• Ability to work with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support solutions.
• Consult with subject matter experts to create instructional objectives and implementation strategies.
• Develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with goals and competencies.
• Stay current with adult learning best practices and innovative instructional technologies.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
