• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support training materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content and testing to support training initiatives.
• Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to create objectives and learning strategies.
• Develops learning project proposals and ensures solutions align with goals.
