Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design technology, or related area.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five or more years in education or business environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training and assessment initiatives aligned with Ryder's goals.
• Consults with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and implementation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures instructional design solutions match objectives and outcomes.
• Stays current on adult learning trends and best practices.
