You will collaborate with SMEs and business owners to craft objectives, content, and evaluation strategies that align with Ryder's goals. You will design proposals, stay current with adult learning trends, and ensure solutions achieve desired outcomes while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, education, instructional design technology or related area.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong experience with e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support training materials.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure instructional solutions align with objectives and outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning best practices.
