Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in education or business environments developing learning solutions.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended, or performance support.
• Proficient with Articulate 360 and Storyline tools.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance support training.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define objectives and learning strategies.
• Develop proposals for learning projects and apply best practices.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and timelines.
• Stay current with trends in instructional methods and tech.
