Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions to enhance Ryder’s employees' capabilities and productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, business owners, and teams to develop sound objectives and implement learning strategies. The role emphasizes adult learning principles and innovative instructional technologies to deliver effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, blended or performance support materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite is required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience working with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives and strategies.
• Develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Incorporate best practices in instructional technologies and adult learning.
