Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Five years or more in education or business environments.
• Three years or more designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions including e-learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and content.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions align with objectives and outcomes; communicates innovations.
• Keeps up with trends in learning methods and adult learning practices.
• Collaborates with team members on projects; performs other duties as assigned.
