You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business owners to define objectives and implement effective learning strategies that align with Ryder's goals. The role emphasizes instructional design proficiency, client relationships, and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years of equivalent experience in designing and developing e-learning
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required/advanced
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance support solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business owners to define objectives and learning strategies.
• Develop learning project proposals and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Stay current with emerging learning trends and best practices.
