Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to develop dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training solutions. You will design content, collaborate with SMEs, and drive outcomes that align with Ryder's goals and competencies.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, storytelling with Storyline/Articulate 360, and strong project management to deliver timely training assets. Travel None.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 8+ years experience in designing/e-learning.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support training initiatives.
• Consult with SMEs to develop objectives, content, and strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions match objectives; communicate ideas clearly.
• Stay current with trends in adult learning and instructional design.
