Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a skilled instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training solutions to enhance Ryder employees’ capabilities.

You will consult with subject matter experts to craft sound objectives and evaluation strategies, organize projects, and implement best practices in instructional technologies. Responsibilities include designing learning project proposals, ensuring alignment with objectives,

Competenze

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies advanced required
Knowledge of at least one authoring/development tool such as Storyline is required advanced required
Knowledge of how to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions advanced required
Knowledge of how to analyze information and identify needs and training/non-training advanced required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in designing and developing e-learning and training materials
