Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design technology, or related area.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; e-learning materials; Articulate 360; client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content and testing aligned to goals and competencies.
• Consults with SMEs and owners to create instructional objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Develops learning project proposals and best practices in instructional technologies.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates innovative ideas.
