Job summary

Vituity is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and optimize learner-centered solutions across eLearning, ILT, and virtual modalities. You will translate complex content into accessible learning experiences, collaborate with SMEs, and apply adult-learning principles to drive performance.

You will manage projects, conduct needs analyses, and ensure quality through testing and accessibility best practices while contributing to a culture of brilliance within a nationwide remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, business, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of instructional design or learning content development experience.
• Experience applying ADDIE, SAM, backward design throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing needs, defining objectives, and evaluating effectiveness.
• Designing accessible, multi-modal learning experiences (e-learning, ILT, virtual, job aids).
• Partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate content.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learner-centered learning solutions across modalities.
• Conducts learning and performance analyses to identify needs and gaps.
• Translates complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Develops measurable objectives, strategies, and assessment approaches.
• Applies instructional design standards and accessibility principles.
• Quality assurance and user testing to resolve issues before release.
• Creates and edits multimedia assets and refreshes content as needed.
• Mentors peers and shares lessons learned to improve team practice.
• Manages learning projects with scope, timelines, and approvals.
• Collaborates with LMS Administrator for course setup and maintenance.
