Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks an instructional designer to develop engaging training for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor‑led sessions, supporting healthcare clients and member well‑being.

You will collaborate with SMEs to craft objectives, build storyboards, and ensure materials are accessible while continually refining design processes and delivery methods. Remote work options are available across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and the introduction of new courses to ensure proper delivery of new training materials and monitor early feedback for course improvement.
