Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and maintain instructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) using ISD methodologies.

The role focuses ~80% on Instructional Design and ~20% on Training, delivering both in-person and virtual sessions. Remote work is supported; candidates should have a background in adult learning and clinical training with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, ISD, or related field preferred but not required.
• At least three years’ experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
• Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Assess needs; analyze outcomes and implement learning design solutions.
• Develop and maintain instructional training materials (ILP and eLearning) using ISD methodology.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather information for training content.
• Apply best practices in online instructional design and current theoretical frameworks.
• Keep training content up-to-date and manage pre- and post-learning activities.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
