Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences. You will lead client discovery, develop content from design through deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learner outcomes.

You will leverage Storyline/Rise, LMS/LXP platforms, and video tools to create accessible, effective modules and assessments that meet project timelines and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of eLearning or blended learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 client discovery and strategy sessions.
• Own end-to-end development of learning modules, courses, and programs from design through QA and deployment.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and final assets independently and on schedule.
• Manage workload across concurrent projects and communicate risks to project managers.
• Research and evaluate tools and formats best suited to learning objectives.
