Vituity is seeking an Instructional Designer to design engaging, accessible learning for enterprise initiatives. You will analyze performance gaps, partner with SMEs, and develop eLearning, instructor­-led, and blended programs that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, business, communications, or related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of instructional design or learning content development experience.
• Experience applying ADDIE, SAM, and backward design throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing needs, defining measurable objectives, and evaluating learning.
• Experience designing across modalities: e-learning, ILT/virtual, job aids, and multimedia.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops engaging, accessible learning solutions for enterprise education and performance.
• Conducts analyses to identify audience needs, performance gaps, and solutions.
• Develops learning across modalities including eLearning, ILT, and microlearning.
• Translates complex content into learner-centered experiences with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Creates objectives, storyboards, scripts, tests, and evaluation approaches aligned to outcomes.
