Job summary

Management Concepts is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deploy training for a large-scale federal Enterprise Contract Management System implementation. This remote role focuses on performance-based learning that prepares federal staff and system users to operate in a new environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years designing and developing training for complex enterprise systems or similar environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and with eLearning/simulation tools such as Articulate 360, uPerform, Scribe, or Snagit.
• Strong understanding of AI and its productive use in instructional design and development.
• Experience developing multiple learning modalities (ILT, vILT, eLearning, job aids, simulations, performance-support materials).
• Experience designing role-based training connecting system functionality to user tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system functionality and business processes to identify learning needs.
• Design role-based learning solutions aligned to tasks learners perform in CMS.
• Develop ILT, vILT, and self-paced eLearning products.
• Prepare course outlines, storyboards, materials, and assessments.
• Create simulations and microlearning content.
• Ensure accessibility and 508 compliance throughout development.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, editors, and stakeholders.
• Support Agile/hybrid development activities and iterative revisions.
• Maintain templates, branding, and development conventions.
