Vitu in the United States is seeking an Instructional Designer I to craft innovative training solutions, analyze learning needs, and develop engaging in-class and virtual materials focused on business development, product knowledge, processes, and tool usage.

You'll collaborate with leaders and SMEs, follow ADDIE or SAM, create learning objectives, develop storyboards, and own design and production of content including graphics, layouts, and interactive formats; remote-ready teams and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 years’ experience designing and developing instructor-led and eLearning materials.
• Ability to demonstrate experience designing and developing leadership, coaching, and talent development programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leaders, Training Team, and SMEs to assess, design, and develop training materials.
• Prepare clear learning objectives reflecting performance and business objectives.
• Follow ADDIE or SAM practices to create content and materials.
• Own design and production of training and eLearning content including graphics and interactive formats.
• Consult with SMEs to create instructor-led, self-study, or online content.
