Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring an Instructional Designer for a fully remote US-based role. You will design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning experiences to enhance employee performance and clinical excellence.

You’ll work with stakeholders to define objectives, assessments, and activities across multiple projects, creating online and instructor-led training and optimizing outcomes based on learner feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, Educational Technology, Education with instructional design training, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience designing and developing instructional content.
• Experience developing learning content for social media or managing content in a knowledge management platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to identify business and learner needs.
• Develop online and instructor-led training aligned with objectives.
• Build, test, and publish learning content in the LMS and authoring tools.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with SMEs and supervisors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive revisions based on feedback.
