Job summary

Sagility seeks a Trainer in Instruction Content to design and deliver effective training for healthcare content. You will collaborate with domain experts, writers, designers, and deployment teams to create storyboards, courses, and assessments that meet learning objectives.

Minimum 4 years as Content Writer & Instructional Designer, with strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthcare domain experts to review content; revise documents.
• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, audio/video scripts.
• Create facilitator and participant guides, job aids and other materials.
• Write engaging instructional materials including assessments and quizzes with feedback.
• Ensure quality of learning content and proofreading for consistency.
• Collaborate with graphics designers and developers to finalize materials.
