Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Services Project Coordinator to provide end-to-end oversight for installation jobs in a fully remote setup. You will coordinate with customers, service providers, stores and vendors, track progress, and document interactions to keep projects on track and within SLA.

You will build relationships, adapt to changes, and participate in ongoing training to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a contact center environment is a plus.
• Experience coordinating projects or in remodeling/construction is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, service providers and stores to provide installation job support.
• Manage outbound tasks and make outbound calls to customers, providers, stores and vendors for updates or information.
• Conduct initial contact with customer and service providers to verify scope and expectations.
• Ensure projects are scheduled within the SLA by the service provider and confirm to the customer.
• Coordinate product delivery with stores and customers to start work on time.
• Ensure compliance documents related to permits and Lead Safe Practices are uploaded.
• Manage and resolve work order issues after project completion, including potential charges.
• Submit accurate documentation of all interactions in Installation Management System, myRedVest and Salesforce.
• Practice active listening to deliver excellent customer experience and teamwork.
• Deliver consistent service by following defined processes and providing feedback for improvement.
• Drive for results by achieving goals and completing tasks on time.
• Build relationships by organizing and sharing information with coworkers and leaders.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
• Complete assigned training, participate in team meetings and town halls.
