Service Pros Installation Group, Inc. is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. This role partners with Lowe’s Installed Sales staff and our contractors to ensure every flooring project meets expectations from contract review to installation and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to stay organized while coordinating schedules, deliveries, and site readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to use multiple computer screens and basic software (MS Office, database, spreadsheet, email).
• Organized and efficient to support contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves issues.
• Schedules customers and contractors for installations and other appointments.
• Reviews project details with the contractor prior to installation.
• Receives and resolves customer complaints and performs follow-up calls.
• Maintains inventory levels and stages materials for crew load outs.
• Loads and unloads trucks with forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.

Role Description:

We are looking to hire someone in our Flooring Installation Coordinator position who enjoys their primary focus during their workday being customer service. The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer facing role and is responsible for partnering with Lowes Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Groups Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installation Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions such as reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of flooring projects to name a few.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
• Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
• Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
• Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
• Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
• Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; Customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.
